Main Missions :

  • Ensure the smooth service operation in accordance with standard service levels
  • Be proactive in the evolution and improvement of the service
  • Be responsible for the application of procedures coming into effect and participate in their evolution
  • Ensure accountability for incident resolution
  • Analyze service incidents and the relevance of action plans
  • Manage customer relations and be the preferred technical partner for the customer and service managersOptimize service profitability by setting cost reduction objectives and launching automation actions; promote and monitor the pooling of technical means.

 

Technical skills :

Excellent technological culture and excellent knowledge of IT: operating systems (UNIX/LINUX), programming (C language), Office Tools …
Having an ITIL and eSCM SP certification would be an asset

Personal skills :

  • Good oral and editorial expression
  • Managerial and negotiation skills
  • Ability to adapt to innovations.
  • Organization and rigor

 

Profile :

BAC + 5 in Computer Science (Engineering School) with minimum 5 years of experience in a similar field.
